During the bustling graduation season, we may install and collect the greetings earlier than usual to manage the high volume of celebrations. Installation times may extend to midnight during this peak period. Rest assured, we are committed to ensuring each client receives their greeting on time.

Yard Preparation

A gentle reminder: To prepare for your greeting installation, we ask that you water your yard for one hour prior to our arrival. This step is crucial for a successful setup. Without adequate watering, we may be unable to install the greeting, and refunds cannot be issued for grounds that are too firm.

    • Booking Confirmation: Full payment is required to secure your reservation.
    • Damage Invoice: Invoices will be issued for any missing or damaged display items
    • Display Safety: Do not allow play around the display; it cannot support the weight of a person.
    • Display Care: Please treat the lawn display with respect and do not move any items.
    • Damage Responsibility: You are responsible for items damaged by lawn equipment or vandalism.
    • Debris Protection: Shield the display from potential harm such as lawnmower debris or pets.
    • Trimmer Warning: Avoid contact with string trimmers which may cause damage.
    • Balloon Caution: Do not attach balloons to the display; they may cause damage in the heat
    • Lawn Crew Scheduling: If lawn service is scheduled, please have them come before setup.
    • Photographs: Feel free to take photographs but do not remove the signs from the ground.
    • Liability Clause: We are not liable for injury or damage during setup or removal.

    Refund Policy: Refunds are not available for incorrect addresses, removal requests by homeowners, gated community access issues, animals preventing display setup, or other uncontrollable circumstances.

    Weather Policy: Inclement weather may prevent setup; we will attempt to notify you and reschedule.

    Cancellation:If cancellation is necessary, you may receive a partial refund or full credit for future booking.
